1. General Terms

1. All communication and transactions will be conducted via Ko-fi.
2. Prices are subject to change based on demand and complexity.
3. I reserve the right to reject any commission request for any reason.

2. Payment

1. All payments are to be made via Ko-fi.
2. Full payment is required upfront before I start working on the commission.
3. Prices are listed in USD.

3. Process and Revisions

1. I will provide a sketch for approval or revisions. Once approved, I’ll send lineart, then colors, each awaiting feedback. Finally, I’ll deliver the completed artwork.
2. Up to 10 revisions are included in the initial price. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
3. The time required to complete a commission varies depending on the complexity and my current workload. The estimated turnaround time will be communicated at the start.

4. Copyright and Usage

1. I retain the rights to use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, and for promotional purposes. However, I’m happy to accommodate reasonable requests.
2. The buyer may use the artwork for personal purposes only, as long as no additional commercial fee is applied. Permitted uses include social media profiles, avatars, references for other artwork, wallpapers, personal prints, and personal websites.
3. The buyer may not use the artwork for commercial purposes or profit without purchasing an additional commercial use fee. If the commercial fee is paid, the buyer may use the artwork for stock prints, stickers, merchandise, sponsorships, and as a base for PNGtubers, in addition to the personal uses mentioned earlier.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

1. If the commissioner cancels the order before work has started, a full refund will be given.
2. No refunds will be given once the sketch is approved.

6. Communication and Conduct

1. Clear and respectful communication is expected throughout the commission process.
2. I will provide regular updates on the progress of the commission.
3. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespectful communication will result in the termination of the commission without a refund.
