1. General Terms:

•  By commissioning me, you agree to all terms outlined in this document.
• Commissions are available through VGen or via my Google Form.  
• All communication and transactions will be handled through VGen, unless using the Google Form, in which case I will contact you directly.  
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.  
• Commissions are for personal use only, unless a commercial use agreement is made. 

2. Payment:

• VGen commissions: Payment is processed directly through VGen’s system. 
• Google Form commissions: Once details are confirmed, I will send an invoice via Ko-fi.  
• Full payment is required upfront before I begin work. 
• Prices are subject to change based on demand, complexity, size, and other factors.

3. Process and Revisions:

• VGen commissions follow VGen's workflow, which includes built-in progress tracking and updates. 
• Google Form commissions will receive updates via your preferred contact method.  
• I will provide updates at key stages: sketch, line art, and coloring.  
• Up to 10 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.  
• No major revisions will be made after final approval unless I made a mistake. 
• Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and current workload. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the start. 

4. Rights and Usage:

• I retain the rights to the artwork, including the right to use it for my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials. 
• Clients may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as social media icons, wallpapers, and personal prints.  
• Commercial use requires a separate agreement and additional fees (e.g., for merchandise, sponsorships, or promotional content).  
• Reasonable client requests, such as delaying public posting or size cropping, will be honored. 

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

• VGen commissions follow VGen’s cancellation/refund policies (check VGen’s TOS for details).  
• Google Form commissions: 
    - Full refund if canceled before work starts.  
    - No refunds after the sketch is approved.  
• If I cannot complete your commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.  

6. Conduct and Communication:

• Clear and respectful communication is expected throughout the commission process.  
• Regular updates will be provided on VGen or through your preferred contact method.  
• Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect may result in termination of the commission without a refund.
