1. General Terms:

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• All commissions are for personal use only unless a separate commercial use agreement is made.
• For commissions initiated via VGen, all communication and transactions will be handled through the VGen platform.
• For commissions initiated outside of VGen (e.g., via Google Form), I will communicate with you directly using your preferred contact method.

2. Payment:

• Full payment is required upfront before I begin any work on your commission.
• VGen commissions: Payment will be processed directly through VGen's system.
• Other commissions: Once details are confirmed, I will provide you with instructions on how to submit payment.
• Prices are subject to change based on factors such as demand, complexity, and size. Any price changes will be communicated to you before an agreement is reached.

3. Process and Revisions:

• I will provide updates at key stages of the commission process, typically including sketch, line art, and coloring.
• Revisions: Up to 10 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Any additional revisions during this phase, or any major revisions requested after the sketch has been approved, may incur extra fees.
• No major revisions will be made after final approval of the artwork unless there has been a coloring mistake.
• Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of your commission and my current workload. An estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the start of the project.
• VGen commissions: These commissions will follow VGen's built-in workflow, including progress tracking and updates.
• Other commissions: Updates will be provided via your preferred contact method.

4. Rights and Usage:

• I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to use it for my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.
• Clients are granted a personal use license for the commissioned artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, using it as social media icons, wallpapers, or for personal prints.
• Any commercial use of the artwork (e.g., for merchandise, sponsorships, or promotional content) requires a separate, written agreement and additional fees.
• Reasonable client requests regarding the artwork's public display will be honored. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Delaying or withholding public posting of the artwork for an agreed-upon period.
• "Surprise" Elements: Cropping or editing the public version of the artwork to hide specific details until the client reveals them (e.g., for a gift or a reveal).
• Cropping for Partial Display: Showing only a portion of the artwork (not the full piece) when posted publicly. 

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

• VGen commissions: These are subject to VGen's cancellation and refund policies. Please refer to VGen's Terms of Service for details.
• Other commissions:
• A full refund will be provided if the commission is canceled before any work has begun.
• No refunds will be issued after the sketch has been approved.
• If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

6. Conduct and Communication:

• Clear, respectful, and timely communication is expected throughout the commission process.
• Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the commission without a refund.
